With new features being released twice a year, staying up to date with ServiceNow's innovative capabilities is a challenge. I would say if you are a ServiceNow professional in the pursuit of your CSA, don't try to master all the modules because it is almost impossible. I have the following certifications: ✅ CSA ✅  CAD ✅  CIS-CSM ✅  CIS-GRC This means that when a new version is released I need to take four exams to keep these certifications valid. The lesson here is that the more certifications you have, the more you will need to study to keep them valid. Good advice is to look for certifications related to the experience you've had on previous projects. Practical experience will give you more confidence to take an exam and pass. And when you fail, and it will happen sooner or later, take a few days to recover and continue with your studies diligently.
